UC Davis Biomedical Engineering co-hosted (with USC) the 12th International Meeting on Fully 3D Image Reconstruction in Radiology and Nuclear Medicine in Lake Tahoe, California, from June 16 to June 21, 2013 at the Granlibakken Conference Center and Lodge (http://www.fully3d.org). Jinyi Qi was the co-chair of this year’s meeting. Fully 3D is a biennial meeting dedicated to the presentation and discussion of computational methods for the reconstruction of three dimensional images with an emphasis on applications in x-ray CT, PET and SPECT. The meeting brought together about two hundred experts from all over the world to share their latest research. The next fully 3D meeting will be held in Newport, Rhode Island, from May 31 to June 6, 2015.
